Wib Schneider is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer with over 15 years of experience performing, recording, and collaborating across a wide range of musical genres. A passionate student of music of all kinds, Wib’s style draws from funk, classic rock, blues, reggae, R&B, folk, jam, country, metal, jazz and more.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Wib performs regularly as a solo artist, bandleader, and guitarist. His current projects include Friends of The Dead (Grateful Dead tribute), Columbus’ Tribute to The Last Waltz (The Band tribute), and the Ron Holmes Eclecticism Project (Afrobeat/Funk). 

He is a founding member of The Quasi Kings, a reggae-rock group with which he has toured nationally and continues to collaborate on select performances and recordings. His lead guitar work can be heard on the group’s studio recordings.

As a recording artist, Wib has contributed guitar and production work to The Quasi Kings, Paisha Thomas, Andicus, The Glance, The Puzzled Pieces, and more. He is currently recording his debut full-length album of original material, slated for release in 2025.

Wib holds a degree from Ohio University in Athens, OH, where he studied Audio Production and Music.
